I have been in a constant state of HEAT, after going through menopause several years back. And my regular joke with family and friends is, “am I in purgatory?” Seriously, sometimes I feel like it. I am rarely cool except in winter when my fingers and toes are ice cold but even then, I still have night sweats every single night.
