Ageless Active: Smart Aging
This post was sponsored by Stryker. All opinions are my own.
As many of you know, I like to stay active. However, that also comes with aches, pains and sore muscles at times. But I will press on, as I look at my parents who did not stay active and I saw the toll it took on their health and ability to stay mobile. Both my parents had knee replacements and that could be a part of my future, too. Therefore, I want to take care of my health and stay abreast on available options in case I need to follow this path.
I recently learned about Stryker’s Mako SmartRobotics™ joint replacement technology and their partnership with Minor League Baseball, including our local team, the Charlotte Knights.
Stryker was even designated “The Official SmartRobotics™ Joint Replacement Partner of Minor League Baseball.”
I am giving away 4 tickets to the game on August 20th, and one winner in the local Charlotte area will be chosen. Stryker will have a SmartRobotics™ Stadium booth where fans can learn more about Stryker’s Mako SmartRobotics™ technology and participate in fun activities for the whole family – including decoding and trivia games. Check out my Instagram post to find out how to enter!
You will also have the opportunity to speak to a local orthopaedic surgeon on-site to answer any questions you have and learn how Mako SmartRobotics™ can help get patients back in the game quicker. And that is what we all want – to stay active at any age!!!
Stryker is making this game day even more of a grand slam by donating $1 to K9s For Warriors – the nation’s largest provider of service dogs to American veterans living with military-related trauma – each time a batter is walked during the regular season.
For those who can’t attend the game, be sure to check out MakoSmartRobotics.com to learn more about their innovative technology!
Until next time, stay cool and fashion is up next!!
