The Most Beautiful Thing You Can Wear is...

Hope your weekend was great! Ours was busy with an Easter Egg hunt for one grand and getting ready for our Texas kids and grands, arriving later this week. The best part is that we will be spending next week, all together; six adults and 4 grands, under the age of 4, in a small beach cottage. Looking forward to lots of belly laughs and time on the beach!! Mr. Silver and I can't wait.
To finish the subject line, the most beautiful thing you can wear is confidence. Today, my look is all about powering through, and in this case, it was Monday. This was photographed before a big business meeting. My goal was to look great and exude confidence! I loved the touch of pink peaking through; blouse from from the closet (FTC) but similar on the gallery. This black and white, tweed jacket is very light weight and is from the closet (FTC). I have linked an Ann Taylor option, very similar, in the gallery. The black pants are Chico's So Slimming, always a favorite and the jewelry, also from Chico's, is on sale. These classic black pumps offer the perfect heel! I also wanted to mention, my favorite pink lipstick, Captive by MAC.
What do you do to get ready for a big event or meeting? I think pink can be powerful...do you?
